Cindy White is owner of Estelle, Inc. and designer of the Cici Bianca line of ribbon jackets for women. This cottage industry based in Phoenix, Arizona, currently offers the line at exclusive specialty boutiques across the country. The individually numbered, limited – edition jackets are the perfect item piece for travel. They can be worn for day with jeans or a casual skirt then out to dinner with silk pants or over a little black dress. Colorful, classic and timeless – guaranteed to elicit complements each time they are worn - make these wonderful jackets a collectible staple in the wardrobes of women across the country.
Currently Ms. White is in the process of developing Cici Bianca for Baby. The line which will consist of items for infants and little girls will be production Fall 2010.

I think you are a Great Designer. Yes, this elegant black dress or is it a jacket too? is so beautiful. Thin or chubby people can wear it with sophistication and glamour.

I just discovered your beautiful ribbon jackets in Hilda, Harbor Springs, Michigan! They took
my breath away! And they reminded me of one person: Jane Fonda! She would look incredible
in ANY jacket you made. She’s starting her own clothing line in 18 months and she should
definitely include your lovely jackets in her line. Don’t you agree?
P.S. Your are as lovely as your jackets. You would definitely blend in with all the chic women
